I review your data, processes, and systems before forming any conclusions. This is where most engagements surface the real problems — which can be different from the presenting ones.

A clear, prioritized plan with the reasoning behind each item. No jargon or unnecessary complexity. Recommendations are fueled by information gathered from the earlier phases.

Execution

This is where the plan becomes real. Depending on scope, this can mean working directly with your team to implement the plan, or staying close as an advisor while your team takes the lead. Either way, I'll be involved each step of the way until the desired outcomes are achieved.
